 It is our main objective to make absolutely certain that your big day is executed to perfection! We'll keep you organized, prepared, and aligned with your Wedding Day timeline. This package can also include full set up and tear down

Remote Planning Sessions

Are you looking for assistance but you don't necessarily NEED FULL coordination? Perhaps you just want to jump on a call and confirm you have everything in proper order?
you may just like the idea of having a professional in your corner along with all the tools & resources we have to offer. well, these packages are offered to you for this exact purpose.
Incredibly convenient right?!
 A wedding proffessional will be available to you for the duration of the timeframe of your CHOICE, During these sessions we will answer any burning wedding questions, assist you IN BECOMING and remaining organized. allow you to vent any current thoughts, concerns, or frustrations and do OUR ABSOLUTE best to initiate a resolution (If a resolution or change is possible)
our only goal is to provide you with resources that every couple can utilize to prepare you for wedding day bliss.

The Eucalyptus Package -
The Eucalyptus Package includes:
(Best to Book this session at least 90 days Prior to your ceremony)

• 90 minutes of UNITERUPTED ONE-on-one time, with a proffessional planner. We will run through specific wedding details, questions, or situations that you need to DISCUSS. (these questions will be identified prior to your meeting to allow us time to efficiently answer.)
• A timeline appropriate planning workbook to help you stay  on track & organized with any last minute big day details or to-do's
• Final Vendor contract review
• Traditional or  non-traditional Processional & recessional order development. Including full entourage Grand entrance.
• Timeline  developement review and revision 
• 3 personal Vendor contacts  to confirm and/or make changes. This may include pricing, set-up, or  final confirmations 
• Official seating and Layout organization.​

The Palm package-
the palm package is suited best for the couple that would prefer to DIY but would like professional direction, tools, and resources while doing so.
(this package is versatile in the wedding planning timeline)
​THE PALM PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• 240 minutes of uniterupted one-on-one Time with a PROFFESSIONAL PLANNER. We will use this time TO GO OVER SPECIFIC WEDDING DETAILS, QUESTIONS, OR challenges THAT YOU NEED TO DISCUSS..(THESE QUESTIONS WILL BE IDENTIFIED PRIOR TO YOUR MEETING TO ALLOW US TIME TO EFFICIENTLY ANSWER.) You may utilize this time frame in one complete session or split it into multiple sessions  according to you and your partners convenience.
• unlimited Access to our professional planning Platform
• a personalized copy of our detailed digital workbook for organizational purposes. This workbook pairs well with the planning platform to garauntee no wedding details go unnoticed.

The Monstera Package-
This is the mother of remote planning packages. This package is suited best for the couple that would prefer to do the hands on work themselves but they would also like the peace of mind of having a professional contact for the duration of the wedding planning process.
 the monstera Package includes:

• 8 hours OF UNITERUPTED ONE-ON-ONE TIME WITH A PROFFESSIONAL PLANNER. WE WILL USE THIS TIME TO GO OVER SPECIFIC WEDDING DETAILS, QUESTIONS, OR CHALLENGES THAT YOU NEED TO DISCUSS..(THESE QUESTIONS WILL BE IDENTIFIED PRIOR TO YOUR MEETING TO ALLOW US TIME TO EFFICIENTLY ANSWER.) THIS TIME FRAME will be SPLIT  INTO MULTIPLE SESSIONS  throughout the planning process
